Cruise ships have been a source of inspiration to our interest artist. The furnishing contains a lot of masts and steel railings, that remind us of a ship. Downstairs the tone is set by the very open kitchen and the bar.
From the upper floor you’ll have a beautiful view on the incoming and outgoing ships in the harbour.
The Kitchen of Cap Ouest is based on a French-Mediterranean style, but from a modern perspective. Quality is our most important feature: everything is home made and only the freshest season related products are used. We are the only Dutch restaurant that directly buys its fish at the fish auction.
