French-Mediterranean dining at Scheveningen beach
Scheveningen harbour's newest asset, Restaurant Cap Ouest, opened May 2002. The relaxed atmosphere of the interior combined with the genial service make Cap Ouest synonymous with freedom, originality and 'savoir vivre'.
Cruise ships have been a source of inspiration to our interest artist. The furnishing contains a lot of masts and steel railings, that remind us of a ship. Downstairs the tone is set by the very open kitchen and the bar.
From the upper floor you have a beautiful view on the incoming and outgoing ships in the harbour.
The Kitchen of Cap Ouest is based on a French-Mediterranean style, but from a modern perspective. Quality is our most important feature: everything is home made and only the freshest season related products are used.
