On this island many gorgeous schooners were built and even Czar Peter the Great of Russia came here to study the techniques of shipbuilding. In the early 19th century the old ship wharfs were no longer used for the building but only for the reparation of ships. The factory offers countless possibilities for an original business event, dinner or presentation. The halls offer room for 250 up to 2500 guests per event. Presentations, exhibitions, congresses, seminars or parties anything is possible at the Factory's 5000 square meters of floors. You can choose to, just like in the old days, arrive per boat. APD Hall is a modern but warm reception room containing several seat groups, standing tables, buffets and a bar. Through the back entrance you have access to the Factory docks. The APD hall features one still working portal crane. SW38 Hall features a large show stage, equipped with all possible technical facilities in the field of sound, light and video. The Hall can be decorated completely according to your wishes in any set up you desire. The hall exposes a working portal crane, ten turning cranes and other eye catching industrial decorations. BAD hall is the Factory's masterpiece, featuring The Factory Refinery. This is an industrial monument offering any possibility in the field of sound, light and video. The industrial machines and cranes give this hall its amazing decor.
