De Doelen

Concert and congress centre De Doelen is the ultimate place for a wide range of events. Set right in the heart of dynamic Rotterdam this attractive and multifunctional building can be home to cultural, professional and educational activities. Because it houses both a concert hall and a congress centre, De Doelen is exceptionaly attractive. This is emphasized by the building’s functional architecture combining a typical 1960s style with a modern congress complex.

De Doelen has three complexes, each of which can be used separately. They are grouped around the Willem Burger Zaal, the Grote Zaal en the Jurriaanse Zaal. Each area of the complex has its own entrance, a main lobby, roomy foyers and auxiliary areas. The three complexes combined offer accommodation for up to 3.000 participants.

The congress centre is opposite the central railway station and is easy to reach via Rotterdam Airport, Schiphol Airport, (only forty minutes away) or using the high-speed rail link from Brussels, London or Paris. A covered skywalk connects De Doelen to hotel The Westin Rotterdam.
