The restaurant is owned by a foundation and by the famous ''Naked Chef'' Jamie Oliver. The restaurant has an attractive cosmopolitan style and is located at Jollemanhof 9, better known as Pakhuis Amsterdam. Fifteen Amsterdam is situated in a new and dynamic area where businesses and residential houses are combined. Fifteen Amsterdam is a large restaurant, seating over 200 persons. Apart from the restaurant there is a Lounge and Trattoria within the main restaurant. Even though Fifteen Amsterdam is actually a big restaurant, it offers a warm and intimate setting for a special evening for two. Every evening restaurant Fifteen offers a ''Tasting Menu'' created by head-chef Ben van Beurten. This set-menu is a 4-course dinner inspired by Jamie Oliver and in co-operation with Fifteen London. They work exclusively with fresh regional products, and where possible with organically grown products. They change our menu on a weekly basis and of course are flexible with any special dietary requirements. Restaurant Fifteen has a modern Italian style cuisine.
