Rooms
Parkzaal
is the largest space of Het Heerenhuys. This room is subdivided in two parts and suitable for (wedding) receptions and parties with our without musical entertainment. The beautiful black piano can be used at a small extra cost.
De Salon
can be compared to the back room of the Parkzaal. For larger receptions or parties the salon can be used in combination with the Parkzaal. You can then have the whole ground floor. The room has beautiful light and a view of the park from every side.
Accessibility
From Central Station, tram 8 direction of Spangen. The venue has limited parking space.
Rental cost: (2005)
The Parkzaal is subdivided in a front and back room. The Parkzaal is suitable for (wedding) receptions and parties with or without musical accompaniment. The fine, black grand piano found in this room can be used for € 72.50.
The Salon is similar to the back room of the Parkzaal. For larger receptions or parties it is possible to involve the Parkzaal in the arrangement as well. In this case you will have the entire ground floor at your disposal. The incidence of light and the view of the park from each end of the Salon are splendid.
The hiring-rates set out below are per half-day (09.00 to 13.00 hrs / 14.00 to 18.00 hrs / 19.00 to 01.00 hrs) and are adapted annually by January 1. Rates have been subdivided in exclusive and ‘non-exclusive’ rates. Parties involving amplified music are charged the rate on the basis of exclusive use of the ground floor at all times.

Reception arrangements:
The arrangements below are based on receptions or gatherings lasting an hour and a half, at a minimum of 40 guests.
Basic arrangement € 9.00 per person

Soft drinks, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, still and sparkling mineral water, Grolsch draught beer, red and white wine, port, sherry, vermouth and Dutch gin.
? Assorted nuts, Japanese mix and almonds.
Extended basic arrangement € 11.50 per person
? The basic arrangement can be extended by unrestricted foreign spirits, such as Bacardi, whisky, gin etc.
Assorted appetizers:
The appetizers named below are in addition to the basic arrangement. Prices are based on 4 items per person.

Stuffed cucumber with smoked salmon, caramelised puffs with goose liver mousse, bonbon of veal fricandeau with steak tartare, sun-dried tomatoes with goat's cheese and basil, crêpe with ricotta, spinach and pine seeds.
? Crostinis € 5.75 per person
Crostini with carpaccio and parmesan cheese, crostini with a tapenade of sun-dried tomatoes and olives, crostini with tuna mayonnaise, egg and capers, crostini with pesto, roast pepper and mozzarella, crostini with Italian cream cheese and salmon, crostini with Coppa di Parma and marinated pepper.

Appetizers, presented on white, porcelain Chinese spoons:
Blini with smoked salmon and mustard-and-dill cream, small hamburger of lobster and saffron mayonnaise, oyster with grapefruit and soy sauce, veal ball with truffle, smoked duck's breast with artichoke salad and tapenade, deep-fried quail egg with smoked venison and gingerroot jam.

Dinner arrangements:
Groups of 20 persons and over can make use of the Heerenhuys dinner arrangements. Het Heerenhuys is part of Dudok Holding and works in conjunction with Dudok Catering, which forms part of this holding as well. Accompanied by his kitchen brigade, the chef of Dudok Catering will come to Het Heerenhuys for on-the-spot preparation of the dinner of your choice. You can choose one of the menus composed by our chef, a varying menu of the season, starting from € 30.00 per person. Dinners are based on a duration of 2.5 hours. The menu of the season is only available during the season concerned.
Children are offered a special children's menu by our chef at € 13.60 per child for a three-course meal. Diets and other special requirements can be accounted for, but we must be informed of them in advance.
Groups of 50 persons and over can also use our buffet. We would be pleased to send you our current buffet arrangements at your request.
We obtain our wines from Vles & Co wine merchants, another part of Dudok Holding. We will send you our extensive wine list at your request.
Other items such as menus at € 1.60 per menu, name plates at € 1.10 per open name plate and route descriptions at € 0.70 per copy can also be provided by Het Heerenhuys.
The flower decorations found in Het Heerenhuys are arranged in cooperation with Krijn Verboom's ‘Het Bloemenatelier’. Together with him we could provide splendid flower arrangements for you.
Party arrangements:
The arrangements below are based on parties lasting 4½ hours and composed of groups of 75 and over.

Assorted Dutch cheeses, Brabant ham, Zeeland bacon and 'German' sausage. Pickled gherkins and Amsterdam pickled onions, mackerel and fresh herring, potato salad. Bread in a basket and farm butter.

Quiche Lorraine
Assorted French cheeses, small sausage, Ardennes ham, crusty pâté, olives, small pickled gherkins and smoked salmon. Bread in a basket and butter.
Saté buffet € 8.85 per person
Bapao
Home-made chicken saté with a peanut sauce, 3 skewers each. Served with various garnishings, such as atjar tjampoer (pickled mixed vegetables), seroendeng and prawn crackers. French bread and herb butter.
American Junkfood € 11.50 per person
Mini hamburger
By way of supplement to the assorted appetizers we offer a buffet of delicious "snacks" such as a roast potato with a chilli con carne filling, corn dogs, Caesar Salad, hot dogs with sauerkraut and crab cookies.
Antipasti € 13.50 per person
Tray pizza with cheese, ham and mushrooms
An Italian party buffet, consisting of caprese, melon with Parma Coppa ham and Mortadella. "Risi-Bisi" rice salad with giant shrimps, peas and roast pepper. Vitello Tonnato, eggs with tuna mayonnaise à la Niçoise. Marinated olives, tapenades, roast pepper and courgette. Ciabattas, crostini and olive oil.
Other arrangements:
The municipality of Rotterdam has designated Het Heerenhuys ‘Huis der Gemeenten’(Home of Communities), which means that marriages can be celebrated in Het Heerenhuys under the supervision of the registrar of marriages.
Marriages celebrations can be performed at 11.00 and 13.00 hrs. After each celebration the following arrangements can be used, intended for groups of 20 or over:
