Fall update from the ITBholland web-desk…
Opening in the Fall of 2008; NH hotel "MUSICA 213 deluxe rooms and 3 suites, 19 meetings rooms within walking distance of the World Trade Center in the southern part of Amsterdam.
For the North Sea Jazz festival 2009 our special website northseajazzhotels.com is expected to go live by the end of November with "early bird" prices for hotels and tickets.
2009 Will be the fourth year that ITBholland offers hotelaccommodation, tickets and other services as partner of the North Sea Jazz organisation.
RAI Special Events (RSE) is an official subsidiary of ITBholland since April 2007. The RAI Congress Centre has selected ITBholland as their partner for DMC related services for RAI clients. In this 2nd year of our partnership with the RAI, plans for promotion and marketing are in place and further fine-tuning to enhance the service level for RAI clients is in process.
By the end of 2008 ITBholland will introduce an automated office system (DMS).
All processes, quotations, confirmed groups, vouchers, confirmations, worksheets, client management, accounting will be produced and monitored by DMS. The program is web-based and initiated and developed by ITBholland. During the wintermonths the system will be introduced to our staff to be up and running by March 2009 before the start of the season.
