The cuisine is French oriented and the Chef buys his products daily fresh from the market. The interior has been renovated (2006) using the talent and skills of Dutch top interior desiger Jan des Bouvri.The restaurant the menu card offers la carte dishes and has specially prepared groupmenus for up to 32 persons in de ''Molenkamer''.
