Jonge Dikkert

In the monumental windmill 'De Jonge Dikkert' a contemporary and informal restaurant has been established. The former sawmill dates back to 1672 and tghe restaurant has a relaxed and modern, hip ambiance. The cuisine is French oriented and the Chef buys his products daily fresh from the market. The interior has been renovated (2006) using the talent and skills of Dutch top interior desiger Jan des Bouvri.The restaurant the menu card offers la carte dishes and has specially prepared groupmenus for up to 32 persons in de ''Molenkamer''.
