Ocean Diva

?Europe?s biggest event ship? The first thing you notice about the OCEANDIVA is its size, 86 meters long and 16 meters wide makes it without a doubt the biggest event ship in Europe. The only one with a gangway that leads all around the ship. The OCEANDIVA was born as a Russian Cruise ship that was never finished. The hull was towed to Holland where over 40 meters of its length was cut off to make it suitable for the inland waterways of the Benelux. Enthusiasm and pure entrepreneurship form the basis for the realization of the OCEANDIVA. It is built according to the latest techniques and standards on (fire) safety, (sound) insulation and with much environmental awareness. Finally it is styled with lots of steel, glass and other designers elements to give it a modern and sophisticated look, transformable for any given function. Groups from 50 to 1.500 can easily and comfortably be serviced in different settings. A revolving door gives way to a wide entrance lounge on the upper deck, with windows from top to bottom overlooking the water. From this floor both the lower deck and the outside deck can be reached, either by staircases or by an elevator. When passing the wardrobe, which can hold 1.500 coats, we enter onto the upper deck itself with a large balcony overlooking the lower deck. Windows all around and a glass (removable) dome assures a light and pleasant atmosphere. It can also be darkened when necessary. In the back glass panels can be unfolded to secure a separate area and a large bar makes it suitable for catering. The lower deck with its large open space is suitable for many functions. Dancing, dining and/or conferencing, it is all possible. Two bars and another glass panelled wall can be used to close off another area. A VIP bar and a backstage area with 3 dressing rooms, 1 shower and 2 bathrooms complete this floor. On the lower deck also the spacious restrooms, with 2 for disabled people, are located. Finally another 1.000 m2 can be found on the outer deck. It has its own outdoor bar and a large open space for warm summer parties and any other creative idea you may have.
