Stayokay Amsterdam Zeeburg opened her doors on 4 July 2007. The new hostel is situated in the east of the centre in a typical, quiet Amsterdam district.
The city centre and the Portuguese – Israelic Synagoge is approximately 10 minutes by tram from the hostel. Stayokay Amsterdam Zeeburg has its own bar and restaurant and shares the building with various partners. Therefore guests of Stayokay can enjoy movie and theatre in the same building and some exciting events can take place. Stayokay Amsterdam Zeeburg is located in a stunning building: a former school from the early 1900s. This makes for a very modern hostel with a classical allure. The hostel is perfectly suited to (large) groups, who can take advantage of various multi-functional spaces within the building. All bedrooms are spaciously laid out and have en-suite facilities
