On this island many gorgeous threemasters were built and even Czar Peter the Great of Russia came here to study the techniques of shipbuilding. In the early 19th century the old ship wharfes were no longer used for the building but only for the reparation of ships. The factory offers countless possibilities for an original business event, dinner or presentation. The halls offer room for 250 up to 2500 guests per event. Presentations, exhibitions, congresses, seminars or parties …anything is possible at the Factory's 5000 square meters of floors. You can choose to, just like in the old days, arrive per boat.
